Hi, I’m Taija and I wear many hats – writer, content creator, spoken word artist, wordsmith, proofreader, childbirth educator, homeschooler, emotional health advocate, mental health first aid responder, wife, mom, daughter, niece, sister, friend.

In between switching hats, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to play Pokemon Go (gotta catch ’em all!), read, listen to music, write (obviously) and give back to those around me. I am passionate about childbirth, parenthood, and encouraging people to live their most authentic lives. My favorite foods include pizza, Popeyes, seafood and Jewel donut holes washed down with a cold root beer.
